MAKING A PURCHASE ONLINE
Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse through our catalog, and click on any of the items that you want and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. For toppers and those other items which do not list a specific part number or "Buy Now" option, you will need to contact us through email or telephone to complete the purchase.
For purchases completed online, payments can be made with a credit card or through PayPal. We also accept cash, business checks, and some personal checks for payments made in our physical store. Personal checks from outside of Florida may not be accepted. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. If you are shopping from outside of the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems.
All other returns may be subject to a 25% restock fee.
All returns must be in original packaging.

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup and/or installation.
Truck Tops & More will accept and ship international orders. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund.
If it is determined that an item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will then be notified via email in 1-2 business days if an item you have purchased is back ordered. You will then have the option to cancel your order with a full refund for that item, if you would rather not wait.
Prices and shipping charges are subject to change due to interchanged part numbers and/or sudden increases from the manufacturer, distributor, and/or shipper. In most cases we will still be able to honor our listed price however there may be times where we cannot. In the unlikely event that this happens we will contact you via email prior to shipping. You will then have the option to cancel your order with a full refund for that item, if you would rather not pay the difference. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship.
SALES TAX CHARGES
The 7% Lake County Sales Tax will be applied to any orders that have a billing or shipping address within the State of Florida. This tax also applies to any orders that are to be picked up and/or installed at our physical location. Businesses and government entities that are entitled to make a Sales tax exempt purchase must provide appropriate documentation for our records. All other orders will be tax free.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well before signing.
In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the part(s), so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
**LIFT GATE NOTE** In the event that you should require a delivery truck with a lift gate, you are responsible for the additional charges. These charges start at $90.00 USD from FedEx and you will get a bill in the mail from FedEx, after using this option.
